New Poster Complete

The Third poster to be include in the Exhibition.

Based around the Crosby Stills and Nash song:-

'Marrakesh Express'

I wanted to create something that was heavily typographic that had a tactile feel to it, with a screen-printed look, using shapes and arabic/african imagery i intended to layer the image up with different sizes, colours and weights of fonts. I think its a successful piece.

Exhibition poster...'Viva Las Vegas!'

I wanted an iconic face on this poster,

you cant get more iconic than the singer

of the song itself..Mr Elvis Presley!

The lyrics form both the background

and the colour content, the font chosen

represents the neon signage and

hedonistic lifestyle found in Las Vegas.

Possible Poster for Exhibition...LA WOMAN

The image is supposed to show

the text (song lyrics in yellow)

as tyre tracks, whilst the car drives off

into the sunset...
